Exuberant Danish Banana Sofa by Slagelse Møbelvaerk in vibrant red and violet blue wool. This mid century sofa is a late 1950s or early 1960s sofa by Slagelse Møbelvaerk, made in the manner of Modernist Danish architect, Flemming Lassen. The voluptuous curves of the sofa draw you inside, embracing and comforting you. The sofa has tinted oak legs and is fully reupholstered with new De Ploeg Accent uni Fabric: color numbers 16-44 en 21-11. The foam and springs are also renewed. As it stands 60 years from its creation it is again in an excellent vintage condition.
