Midcentury Danish vanity by Arne Vodder for Sibast
This Danish beauty from the hand of Arne Vodder is made in teak veneer. The mirror of this vanity is round shaped and suspended over the vanity by the two curved sides. Brass fixes keep all parts of the vanity together. Two drawers with Vodder's renowned grip design are ideal to hold all necessary make up items, and also some that are not necessary ;-) The back of the mirror and vanity is not fully finished with teak veneer, so needs to face a wall.
Danish Design
This vanity is in very good vintage condition given its age. For the last 60 years many before you have looked into this mirror, but there is only some age wear on the mirror but we call that patina. The veneer of the chest is in very good shape and shows only minimal signs of age and use.
- By the way: the stool is sold separately at Furnip!
